LedgeStay is an online platform that connects property owners with potential tenants looking for PGs, rooms, and apartments. We are not a real estate agent or broker. We do not own any of the listed properties.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Owner Responsibilities

If you list a property on LedgeStay, you agree to:

Provide accurate, honest, and up-to-date information about your property.
Only list properties that you own or have the legal right to rent.
Not post misleading photos, fake prices, or false amenities.
Respond to tenant enquiries in a timely and respectful manner.
Keep your listing availability status current.

5. Tenant Responsibilities

If you use LedgeStay to search for accommodation, you agree to:

Contact owners only with genuine intent to rent.
Not misuse the enquiry system for spam or irrelevant messages.
Verify all property details directly with the owner before making any payment.
Not hold LedgeStay responsible for any disputes with property owners.

6. Listings and Content

All listings are subject to admin review before being published.
We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing information.
Photos uploaded must be genuine photos of the property being listed.

7. No Brokerage

LedgeStay is a free platform for both owners and tenants. We do not charge any brokerage or commission. Any payment made between an owner and a tenant is entirely their own arrangement. LedgeStay is not responsible for any financial transactions between users.

8. Limitation of Liability

LedgeStay acts only as a platform to connect owners and tenants. We are not responsible for:

The quality, safety, or legality of any listed property.
Any disputes, damages, or losses arising from interactions between users.
Any payment made outside the platform.
Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance or technical issues.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on LedgeStay including the logo, design, and code is the property of LedgeStay. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to LedgeStay at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
